Brett Monaghan is the co-founder and visionary owner of Eclipse Organics, the first non-farm to be awarded Australian Organic Business of the Year. He created his original Gut Tonic in 1992 and continues to innovate health foods with his dedication to nutrition, organic whole foods and his passion for flavour. Brett works closely with Western Sydney University giving industry talk on nutritional product development.
