- Orders take 12-48 hours to pick, pack and have ready for pick-up or dispatch. The delivery estimates should be taken from when you receive an order completion email. Please note we cannot guarantee the day of delivery on behalf of the courier you choose.
- All orders being sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can only ship with Australia Post.
- Final shipping costs and company options will be available in the checkout after you enter a valid Australian postcode.
- The delivery estimates given during checkout are estimates from the shipping company. Prices vary based on company and weight

Fastway Couriers
We offer deliveries across many areas via Fastway Couriers, the independent courier service. This service is fast and independently owned by local people. By using Fastway courier services you receive your deliveries fast while supporting local workers.
Fastway courier services are charged by weight. Eclipse Wholefoods currently subsidises the delivery costs of these fast and efficient couriers to bring your purchases to your door as quickly and easily as possible.
Although we endeavour to use Fastway couriers whenever available, if the courier delivery is not available we will use Australia Post as the next best option.
Australia Post
We ship most orders to outside our Fastway delivery areas using Registered Post. The charge is based on weight of ordered products and is highly subsidised by Eclipse Organics.
We also offer an Express Post service across Australia for smaller items (under 5kg). This option can in fact work out cheaper than Registered Post for remote destinations.
Special Delivery Instructions/Unattended Deliveries
If you have any special delivery requests or if the Fastway courier can leave the delivery at the delivery address in a particular place (which is out of the weather) Please tick the 'unattended delivery' box and enter delivery instructions for the courier.
In these modern times where more and more people are purchasing online, we are finding some customers who have installed a delivery box with a combination lock or auto locking system at their house. An interesting and effective idea.
Now you do not have to be home to accept your delivery. Some of these boxes come with their own barcode or we can supply a special delivery code to you so that couriers can record your code if they require proof of delivery.
