How to Prepare Organic Activated Muesli – Chunky Australian Bircher
Soak Overnight to Naturally Rehydrate the Grains, Nuts, Seeds, and Fruit
One of the best things about our Chunky Australian Bircher Muesli is that it’s easy to prepare. Simply soak it overnight to naturally rehydrate the grains, nuts, seeds, and fruit, and enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast in the morning.
The Ultimate Yoghurt Activated Bircher Breakfast
This is my favourite way to prepare my Activated Bircher Muesli. It is easy and give me breakfast for the week.
In a glass bowl add:
- 2 cups of Eclipse Organics Activated Bircher Muesli
- 1/2 cup Natural Yoghurt (plant based or Dairy)
- 2 Cups Milk (plant based or Dairy)
- 1 grated granny smith apple
Stir well and cover. Leave on the bench overnight or for 8 hours. This will convert the added milk into home made yoghurt. Now put in the refrigerator to store for up to 10 days.
