|Full Description||HOW TO USE RICE BRAN It will not absorb the liquid out of baked goods like other fibre products so it is perfect in baking, just substitute for 1/4 the flour in your recipe. Breakfast Add rice bran to your porridge, muesli or other cereal. Baking Increase the fibre, protein, vitamins and other nutrients to your breads, biscuits, muffins and cakes, adding a light texture. Soups and Stews Stir through for added thickness and a natural tasty boost in the nutrition. Patties and Sliced Use in place of bread crumbs in patties and slices or to coat then before cooking.
