Dukkah (pron. doo-ka) is a traditional Middle Eastern blend of nuts, sesame seed, pepitas and spices. Our Macadamia dukkah with wattle seed and lemon myrtle gives an Australian edge to the flavours. It is perfect with bread and extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle over salads or roast vegetables . Oil fish, chicken or other meat and coat in dukkah for a delicious crust.
