Pineapple is a wonderful source of vitamin C and A. It also contains an enzyme called bromelain to help break down protein, boost immune function and clear up snotty noses!

The black pepper and fat from the coconut cream will help your body more easily absorb the beneficial properties of the turmeric.

How to prepare

  1. Chop up all fruit into small chunks. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until desired consistency.
  2. Best enjoyed straightway or can be frozen in iceblock moulds.
  3. Other protein options includes Protein powder, nut butter, nuts, Chia seeds (soak first), flax seeds (grind first), Grass-fed gelatin, Spirulina, Egg white.
