A smoothie bowl has to be my new favourite way to do breakfast. I love the way you can mix it up every day with a different creation and how simple it is to bring something so healthy and delicious together. Even on days I have to be out and about, I can make the smoothie early in the morning, put it in a thermos, then add some crunchy muesli when you get to work or when you are out on the road.
