I have am early meeting I need to prepare for or on the weekend we are heading aways to see friend and get on the road ready to miss the traffic.

A paleo muesli jar is the perfect answer to a good health breakfast. It is ideal when you do not have time to eat at home or just need to get out before breakfast time. I sometimes make my muesli jar the night before so I can just grab and go for that early start. Having that delicious breakfast muesli jar is my breakfast security blanket. I know I have a great breakfast so I am not tempted by rubbish food before I get to to work.

This simple and delicious muesli jar is super health and a taste sensation. It is loaded with health nuts and fruit with a tough of natural sweetness.

  • Collect all the ingredients and have then ready to assemble.
  • Layer the ingredients alternately or in any order that you prefer.
  • When the ingredints are all layered replace the lid and store the Muesli jar in the fridge until needed.
