I know and I need a health breakfast loaded with energy, great flavours and loads of good quality nutrition with no nasties.

This antioxidant packed coconut rough and berry smoothie bowl ticks all the boxes. A smoothie bowl is usually my favourite meal of the day. This smoothie bowl is truely spectacular to look at, tastes sensational with that perfect combo of berries, coconut and cacao, and it loaded with the health benefits of antioxidants.

I use antioxidant pack organic ingredients to create this bowl. Berries including açai and cacao are some of the higher antioxidant sources you eat. We add the Eclipse Organics Coconut Rough and Berry Muesli to this bowl for it amazing flavour, texture and ABC nuts for their added health benefits and quality fats for sustained energy.

I make this smoothie bowl two was depending on if I am in a rush or have a few extra minutes to sit and relax. Although, for your health and mental well being it is always best to take a few minutest to just set and enjoy a good health breakfast to start the day. I am a true believer that taking a few minutes to make and enjoy breakfast is the perfect start to my day. Sure I do not usually have time to cook or do a big production but I can easily and quickly whip up a spectacularly healthy smoothie bowl.

My antioxidant packed coconut rough and berry smoothie bowl takes less than 15 minutes to create and sit, relax and enjoy. My advice, make the effort, this 15 minutest will set your day off to a great start.

2. A Antioxidant Packed Breakfast Smoothie On the GO: How to Get Out the Door in 3 Minutes With a Healthy Start.

I know if I do not get a good health start to the day I will start to get the hunger bug by mid morning. But some days I just need to get out the door fast. This is the exact same breakfast but I toss all the ingredients into my blender at once. YES including the Coconut Rough and Berry Muesli! It’s all over in 3 minutest and I am out the door.

  • Seconds 0 to 20 I grab the blender and the frozen fruit from my freezer.
  • Seconds 20 to 35 I get the bag of muesli and nuts out of the pantry and the milk from the fridge.
  • 35th Second to I min I toss the lot into the blender.
  • Minute 1 to 2 Give the lot a good blend for a minute.
    • While the blender is going I grab by takeaway smoothie cup with its lid and stay.
    • I Put all the ingredients away.
  • Minute 2 – 3 once the smoothie is blended I pour the amazing looking antioxidant packed coconut rough and berry smoothie it my cup. I then rinse the blender and leave it on my sink to dry.

Done! I have an awesome breakfast and I am out the door. Now I take the time to appreciate a seriously delicious and health breakfast that still gives me a great star to my day.

The perfect breafast that looks as amazing as it is healty. I love a smoothie bowl as a refreshing, simple and easy ways to get my day started.

Instructions

  • Prepare your blender. Use a strong high powered blender for the smoothest smoothie. Spoon the yoghurt into the blender.
  • Slice the banana and keep a few slices aside for the garlish. Also keep a few of the berreis aside for the garnish. Toss the remaining banana and berries into the bowl. Add in the acai berry powder and ABC nuts, then pour in the milk.
  • Blend for up to 1 minute or until the smoothie is thick and smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish just arouhd the edges with the banana and berreis. Sprinke the Coconut Rough muesli into the middle of the bowl. Now relax and enjoy.

For the Smoothie to GO

  • Follow the instructions for the smoothie bowl but add all the ingedients right into the blender and blend all the ingredients together.
  • Pour into a shake container. Enjoy your breakfast on the go.
